Work Order Product Forms

Posted on by 20

We have a Tab and a section of another tab that we can see is set up correctly in PowerApps, but not displaying in Production. This is only in the production environment, in the SandBox environment its setup correctly in PowerApps and displays correctly in our Sandbox. I've tried republishing the form in produciont and that didnt work. The only thing i can think of is some flow / power automate process is blocking it somehow. Perhaps even a dependency?

What are some things I can check?

Power Apps setup.

    Hi.

You can check the Field Service setting below:

    Calculate Price

Work orders contain pricing-related fields and functions. By default, this field is set to Yes, which enables pricing-related fields and logic. Changing the setting to No removes all pricing-related fields and disables the pricing logic, so work orders won't generate invoices after completion.

To add more to this, its also happening in Work Order Services. The actual tab you see above shows up in power app, and in Sandbox environment, but NOT in production.

    Hi Kyle.Mack,

No workflow can prevent a role with permissions from making changes to a Form.

I tried a similar modification without similar problems.

Please make sure you have successfully published in both form designer and app designer.

Sometimes you need to publish the relevant page twice in the app designer, and then refresh it several times in the app before it takes effect.

There are multiple forms in a table, and the form you modify may not be the form you are using.
