Hello,

I have a queue which has about 700 queue items associated to a queue. However, when I try to check in the queue record, or if I advance find the queue items associated to that queue, I see no records. Not sure why is this happening. The filter is set as expected.

Can someone help me with this.

Thank you

    Hi Harsha.D,

When you access queue items view in sitemap, can you see these associated items after selecting queue?

In queue form, the default view for queue item sub-grid is Items i am working on:

And filter criteria of the view is:

You need ensure associated queue items are eligible for display in the view.

Hey Leah, I  am not able to see the associated items after selecting queue, which is my problem in the first place. The queue form is setup correctly. I am not sure when what do you mean by ensuring queue items are "eligible" for display. excuse me for this, but can you give little more insight about this?

    Hi Harsha.D,

By eligible I mean whether your queue items meet the ‘items i am working on’ view's filter criteria.

Ans you mentioned, " I  am not able to see the associated items after selecting queue" and "I have a queue which has about 700 queue items associated to a queue",

So where are you viewing these 700 related queue items Or where did you get the idea that 700 queue items were associated with this queue?

Can you share some screenshots about them?

    Hi,

Check if queue item status is Inactive. If that is the case then queue items will not be visible.

Leah, when I filter the queue in Advanced Find, I see the Queue Items Column with a number 700. However, when I click on the Queue record, I don't see any Queue Items.

    Hi Harsha.D,

The default view for queue item sub-grid of queue form is 'items i am working on', Click 'Edit' button to open the view and check it's filter criteria.

So sub-grid on queue form only show queue items status is active and worked by field is current user.

You need open these 700 queue items to check their status and worked by field match the filtering criteria.
