In the Contact's card I inadvertently deleted the Lines section, right under the General section, where questionnaire's questions are recorded.
How can I show it back ?

Sorry, I got it now:
Downward arrow in the upper left corner of the Contact Card, Customize, Choose FactBoxes, Fast Tabs and I add the Lines section back.
