Tracking Clicks in Customer Journey

I have created an email campaign in a Customer Journey. While I know for a fact that people are clicking my link (because they're fill out a form on the page it directs them to), it is saying that no one has clicked anything.

Is there a code I have to add to the links, or am I doing something wrong when tracking?

Hi backinstereo,

Clicking a link within your email should be counted as Clicked.

If that's not the case, please create a support ticket with the details needed (your organisation, journey, email) and we will investigate the issue.

I have a simple standard URL that I am wondering how to make it trackable? It isn't a URL I created in Dynamics. I'd like it to show up in the Links area in Insights.

are you referring the form in the journey so it recognizes interaction with the link?
