36.00 cannot be picked because only 0.00 is/are available from the inventory.

Hi all,

In my company, a staff has mistakenly clicked to create many product receipt in a item arrival,

when we try to cancel these product receipts, we suffer from the error:

"36.00 cannot be picked because only 0.00 is/are available from the inventory."

I have checked on the internet but cannot find a solution. Most of the time, how can these problems be solved?

Please help.

    hi Nitesh Ranjan,

    because the Item Arrival is created from Purchase Order via enterprise portal, we cancelled it in related Purchase Order.

    It means you have already used them - you booked the 36 into site A warehouse 1 and they are either reserved for another process or are no longer there - check the on hand and available in that location.

    Hi Imes,

    Too many product receipt journals have caused the receipt to be blocked. Delete all the journal lines and journal headers. Then go to Stock Management -> Periodic -> Item arrival and create a new journal by starting arrival. Let me know if that helps. I can records the procedure for you.

    Hi Haseeb Baig,

    yes I would like to delete receipt lines and header, yet I cannot delete it in AX interface and think it should have problem if I delete the line in table view because of the inventory.
