Using Ticket information in events without connecting payment service

Dear Community, 

do you have any exprience how to use ticket information on the event registration site without connecting a payment service? The situation is: Participants should register and select a ticket. However, they should receive an invoice afterwards. They should not pay directly via payment service provider. 

Currently, when we connect tickets, it is not possible to register without sending payment information.

    Generally speaking, you need to set up a payment gateway for your portal.

    Add a payment gateway to your event website (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs

     

    Here is an issue about how to skip the payment for the pass whose price is set as 0.

    You can try to customize your portal in a similar way to see if the payment can be skipped.

     

    Or you can post your proposal to Ideas forum so that others can vote for it.
