Hi All,

While searching customer on ax retail pos i am getting following errors:-

I had also checked my event viewer and got following error:-

at Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.TransactionServices.ClientProxy.TransactionServiceClientFactory.GetEndPointAddress(String serviceArea)
at LSRetailPosis.TransactionServiceClientFactory.CreateTransactionServicePOSClient()

Can anyone please help me on this.

Thanks,

Ajit

    Hi Ajit,

You can find the instructions here:

    fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Details

    (requires login).

    Those instructions are from MS.

If they are not sufficient to get your issue fixed then I would recommend that you open a support case with MS.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Ajit,

    Please check if this helps:

1- In AX Real time service profile corrected the following

    a- Server name

b- Common name : to be the same as in certificate subject name

c- Web application name : to match Real-Time service Web application name in IIS

2- In IIS did add net.tcp in advanced settings for both site and web application, so now the netstat command showing server listening on 808 port

3- In Certificates for local computer, added the application pool user with read permission

(Note: Those steps are mentioned for solution 3698285 on LCS)

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
