D365 customer self service portal fails to provision

Hi,

I'm in our online development instances trying to deploy a D365 portal associated with one of the D365 development instances and the provisioning keeps failing. I've retried it several times, update the configuration and retried to provision and still not working.

No messages as to what is happening so no way figure out what is going on.

Wondering if anyone has any information or clues or where to look at to figure out what might be wrong with provisioning. Ultimately if someone can provide me information on how to contact MS to look into this.

Thanks

Tony

    Hi Tony Amaral,

This article on resolving Dynamics 365 Portal Provisioning Issues may help you to resolve the issue.

Hi Adrian, thanks for taking the time to reply but the article has nothing useful to figure out what's wrong. All I get is a failed status. Without detail on why the provisioning fail.

If anyone knows how to get MS to look at it and tell me what the failure message is. Adding the screenshot of what I get in the Applications page. The Diagnose and resolve problems link blows up so I'm left with no information whatsoever on the reason of the failure.

Hi Justin, nothing happens that I'm aware of. After 10 mins it changes the status to failed.
