Error Message - Unable to open project due to missing permissions in the environment

Hi all!

I get this error message when I click any project container or survey within CustomerVoice:
Unable to open project due to missing permissions in the environment.
 
I am the Admin, have access, and made no changes.
This first happened last week, magically solved itself last Friday, but now happening again.

Microsoft support provided no assistance.

    If anyone experiencing this message is also a customer who uses Dynamics 365 Marketing, and has transitioned to the Customer Insights - Journeys SKU. It is possible that if you do not have any other Dynamics 365 enterprise qualifying licenses (10 or more licenses of ONE the following Dynamics 365 applications: Customer Service Professional, Customer Service Enterprise, Sales Professional, Sales Enterprise, Sales Premium, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain
    Management, or Commerce) that your eligibility for Customer Voice has been withdrawn.
     
    In the first instance you can contact customervoice@microsoft.com and tell them, they were pretty quick to re-enable it for my customers experiencing this issue. The license/eligibility issue for Customer Insights - Journeys SKU should also be resolved soon, so no extra subscriptions should be required. The customer voice team should reactivate your 'trial' in the meantime.

    Same problem for me and has screwed up my power automate survey sends too as they have all failed since Friday.
     
    Also sent an email so hopefully they'll get this sorted soon.

    This message popped up in the CustomerVoice page today:
    Unable to open any project? Ensure that you have a valid license for Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. If you're unable to use the product, contact us at: customervoice@microsoft.com

    I am licensed and emailed as requested.  Let's see if I get a response.
