Hi ,

When we resolve to an existing contact in MS CRM 2013, Can we update the unresolved email address to contact email fields? Please see below scree

    OOTB it's unfortunately impossible.

    Hi Abhishek,

    There is no OOB functionality for this. And I don't think there is any plugin trigger which you can write your custom code too.

    You can add this as a product suggestion if not already there.
