Released Produce Details - Canadian Harmonic Code - Unable to update

Hello everyone,

I am trying to update the Canadian Harmonic Code for one of our item that has already been setup.  Can you update the harmonic code?  I am trying to update it from 0703.10.99.20 to 0703.10.39.20 but anytime i try to save it , it reverts back to the original.

Any suggestions?
