Carry forward booking

Posted on by 155

Hi Team,

I have set a holiday plan where if someone does not use all their annual leave, they are allowed to carry forward 5 days till February of the next year. As this is the initial setup, is there a way I can put that as a request when the user took those days in January. The current issue is when I try to add those days on dynamics HR, I get an error message saying those days are not available from the 1/march/2021. (

Leave will put below available ballance on 1/3/21)

Can anyone advise how we can add the days taken in January as carry forward from the year before.

Regards,

Rajbps

    Hello Rajbps,

Thank you for the question - it appears we are still without an answer. Since you are getting a particular error message with a hard stop, maybe it might be worthwhile to have this investigated as a possible support case. The setup in this example seems as though the system would allow it - but with a hard stop, there may be something else preventing.
