Marketing Emails Translation & Right-to-Left Support

Hi,

I am trying to find information about marketing email designer support for language translations, specifically whether the designer supports right-to-left script and non-English languages, including Chinese. I specifically want to know about features, considerations and limitations from a Marketing viewpoint, not necessarily from a wider D365 CE angle.

Hi,

Dynamics Marketing hasn’t supported automatic localization yet. You can only create different versions of an email with the language field set as different languages.

Here is a convenient way to create different language versions of your emails:

Create a Marketing Email from a Blank Template.

After saving the Marketing Email, click the Save as Template button in the command bar to create a new Marketing Email Template.

Change the Language of the Marketing Email Template to the desired Language and make modifications.

Return to the Marketing Email created in step 1 and follow steps 2-3 again to create Marketing Email Templates for additional localizations.
