Hello everyone,
I would like to ask if there is any possibility to restore or request a database backup in Business Central Cloud for a period longer than 28 days.
From the documentation, I understand that backups are retained for 28 days, but I would like to confirm if there are any exceptions, extended options, or ways to request this directly from Microsoft.

There’s no option to request older restores from Microsoft. If you need longer retention, you must set up your own data export or replication strategy (e.g. Azure SQL copy, Data Lake, or third-party backup tools).
