I want to execute my ssrs report always from admin account. Different users will be using this report to view data, however, i want to execute this report from admin account so that it shows data even if the logged in user doesnt have record access.
How can this be achieved.

I think there is no direct way. You can sue power BI or you can create report by code. Just write code to export data in excel and call that on a button. when the user clicks on bitton then you can export that data in excel.
The only way you can do this is to use Power BI reports for extracting data as Admin and then you can put it on dashboard as embedded report.

When a user is manually running the report then the report will only run under the permissions of logged-in user.
Running under admin or any other user-account is like by-passing the Dynamics 365 security mechanism... so not allowed.
There are 2 approaches using Zap Report / View Scheduler App that can help in present scenario:
1. Schedule this report and have it always run from an admin account.
This can be sent to users in email on daily / weekly basis.
2. Schedule this report to run on daily basis and have the XLS / PDF automatically store in SharePoint site... which users can access.
