Management Reporter not pulling account data for one month out of all available months

We checked Dynamics GP data, we generated TB from with GP for this account for this month and it's working, inquiry working, we can drilldown from summery to details for this transaction in specific and it's ok inside GP.

What could be the cause

Dynamics GP 2013

MR 2012 CU8

Are you running the legacy adapter or the data mart?

Most of the time when you have this issue it has to do with your calendar within Great Plains. Did you just do a year end closing? If so, make sure you have one period open in the GL and run your financials again.

Year end closing was done during Jan 2014; and yes we do have one period opened.
