We need to submit a support case for one of our Dynamics GP SPLA customers. We have been unable to determine how to get support from Microsoft to date. Here is the issue in a nutshell: It is the native feature (not custom, third party, etc.) of emailing from GP via Office 365 (E3 license specifically) and the problems configuring the Azure/Entra Enterprise App so that GP accepts the App ID. We only see the issue in the GP setup or attempted operation of email. In case someone has already run across this issue. But mainly we are trying to find the correct group at Microsoft who can assist us with providing support for the issue.
