I am receiving this error

the Target database is in an availability group and is currently accessible for connections when the application intent is set to read only. For more information about application intent, see SQL Server Books Online

when we click the Option button in the user form

can you please advise the solution for this issue ? or what is causing this ?

Are you connecting to a passive node of an Always on cluster?

Hi Patrick,

make sure your DBA has setup the correct node purpose of the SQL Server availability group and your AOS are all pointing to the CLUSTER name rather then a specific instance.
