CRM -Sharepoint (2016)ServerSide Integration - Folders are Not shown in Documents Associated View

we are using Dynamics 365 8.2 (OnPrem) version and configured Server Side Integration to Sharepoint 2016

After configuration, we noticed that Folders structure is not being shown in Documents Associated View of CRM record , we see the content in the folders shown in the grid view at higher level but not in the Folder Structure , we made sure that SharePoint has the Folder structure maintained

also we donot see New Folder Option from documents Associated View

Any Help is Appreciated
