dears,
when i'm trying to generate invoice from PO this error appear while the number seq. is setting up in AP parameter

Hello Mamdouh,
Number sequence setup is at AP > Setup > Parameters > Number Sequence Tab.
There are two references Internal invoice and Invoice voucher.
Check whether at both the places number seq is provided.

thanks Ganesh for your reply , but the mentioned references is placed
go to account payable module> setup> account payable parameter> sequence> invoice voucher
there you need to enter voucher number series.
please mark as answer if its correct.

as I mentioned before all number sequences was placed correctly, but problem is solved when changing number seq. as may be was a conflict because I was used number seq. wizard

Please let me know what steps you followed to resolve this issue. I am getting same error message when trying to post check reversals from Cash and Bank management module. Your help highly appreciated.

I am not sure if following can address your issue 100% but give it a try
kindly run following job
static void LoadAllSequencesOfSystem1(Args _args) { NumberSeqApplicationModule::loadAll(); info("Ok, Now cloase AX, Reopen and Run Number Sequence Wizard"); }
After running this job run the number sequence wizard and complete it
It may address any of your missing number

Thanks for your response. If I run number sequence wizard setup will impact all number sequences right? would there be any other option to find out missing number sequences. I am bit worried to perform this in live environment.
running Number sequence Wizard will not impact on existing Number Sequences.
It will provide you list of all missing/non-generated number sequences.
Also you have choice to delete, any number that you don't want to generate at time of running wizard. you can have a look for those sequences only, in which you are interested
