Hi:

Without programming, is it possible to have Business Central create a receivables invoice once a payment is posted for payables in the Payment Journal?

Would this require Power Automate?

This seems even remotely possible to me even with Power Automate OOTB, as suggested by YUN ZHU. Please reach out to your local Microsoft partner as it will require customization (either BC, or PA or both)

Create Receivables Invoice from Payables Payment

Unfortunately, as far as I know, even with Power Automate, this requires some custom page or actions to do it. Because by default, you have no way to detect Post Payment Journal, or Vendor Ledger Entries are created in Power Automate

And there is no Purchase Lines in Payment, so is there only Header in your Purchase Invoice?

I personally feel that using Power Automate is not as simple as direct customization.
