Hey folks, i need assist with alert feature.
details:
I want to receive a notification in my email inbox everytime a puchase order has created of specific vendor.
first, i test the smtp configuration server sending a mail test and is OK.
second, i created a batch with a 2-minute recurrence in > change based alerts
So i created an alert with the desired rule: every purchase order created for a specific vendor, I receive an email notification.
So the problem is: i'm not receveing the inbox notifications and d365 is not generating the e-mails, and when i acess the email history there is no email record created in the system about my alert.
