Field Service Mobile 2017 Offline Error

Field Service Mobile 2017

D365 Onprimise

Create or Update Work order product on the Work Order's Work Order Product Grid  Arg_Nullexceptin pop up on Save on the mobile when the connectivity is offline. but the record is getting saved 

Form have one form rule that is set the name of the work order product if the record is new.

    Check the row scripts on the Work Order Product? Might be an error in there when you save.

    Try disabling the form rule. If you are working on the mobile client on a laptop, then you can also get to the log files for the mobile client.

    Thanks, I could not locate the log file. the mobile client installed on the laptop.

    I disabled the rule still getting the error (but still getting saved).

    sorry, I am new to the mobile development, no idea about row script?, there is no script developed and using OOB template solution and customized.

    You would find the log files in the directory similar to this:

    C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FieldService-....\LocalState\MobileCRM

    row script is a form rule for a view. If you go into a view you have there will be a button called 'row script'. You can create actions you want to trigger based on changes done directly on the view.

    If you are not getting this error online, then it might be that your sync filter for the Work Order Product entity is not bringing in the all data you want to see offline. Check to see if any of the values on the Work Order Product view is marked as 'Unknown'

    Issue was with sync filter and resolved it . Thanks for your help .
