I'm curious as to if anyone is using Field Service as a type of CMMS module to do maintenance and tickets on your own equipment.
How do you like it compared to other CMMS solutions?
We are mainly interested in using it as a way to dispactch our tech to fix our own assets, keep inventory of our parts, update jobs with statuses and notes.
We are getting rid of spiceworks very soon and i just had a thought about using Field Service for an in house 'ticketing system" since we already use CRM and F/O
Currently, we do not have Dynamics AX system integrated with CRM and the potential field service we may be getting. So that is one of the challenges I forsee
Field Service will handle all of what you have listed.
