AOS won't start - Event Id 1000?

I just restarted the AOS server and when trying to get the AOS going, I get the following Application error.

    Hi bRadlyJames,

    Is this an customer or demo environment? If it is a demo environment, the SQL server trial license might be expired. Or this service is not running. Can you verify the status of the SQL server service?

    This is our development environment.  SQL server service is running normally.

    Can you find some more related information in the Windows event viewer? Was there any change recently on this environment?

    The only other thing I can add is there is a Warning in the event viewer that follows the error.
