This is so strange, when I first visit this record, everything is normal, but refresh the page to check again, only to report errors, over and over again.I did not find the relevant situation on the document, and the method of reporting errors was also located in the js file, but since it is a system file, I do not know how to modify it properly.

The issue I've found with the Power Apps grid control suggested in other posts (including from @donalmc) is that it requires the (preview) child feature to work, which isn't appropriate.

I've tried it with the Power Apps Read Only Grid control and that looks to give an appropriate subgrid, but it's difficult to test as once an environment gets past the error, it doesn't reoccur when switching back to the old read only grid. The way around this is to use impersonation with the Level Up browser extension.

The remaining issue is that the 'Show As' menu in the subgrid allows switching back to the 'Read Only Grid', and once this is done, the subgrid command bar is no longer shown and the record has to be refreshed. There is no way of removing the current default Read Only Grid via configuration.

Just adding my voice to this discussion to confirm that some of the users at my workplace are experiencing this issue intermittently now as well.

The issue seems to appear somewhere between zero and 5% of the time, and even then only when using the "New Look" User Interface. Reverting to the "Old Look" UI resolves the issue as/when it occurs for any given user.

I was experiencing this same issue on a custom entity form with a documents subgrid. I was able to resolve it by adding the "Power Apps grid control" component to the subgrid in the form editor.

I started getting this error this week when I do a Ctrl F5 in Edge.
For me, it is only happening in EU environments, where a fix for No options available in Document Associated Grid (dynamics.com) was supposedly pushed this weekend. I am only seeing the fix for No Options in some EU environments and not in others.
If I update the subgrid to use the Power Apps Grid, the Refresh error does not happen.

Same here - I set up a document tab and a couple of users get the same error.

The ones who have reported it are using the New Look, but there are other users who have the New Look turned on who don't have an issue (eg I just tested and it's fine for me). I've asked those who get the error with the New Look to confirm it works when they go back to the old UI.

We also have this same problem, occurring only when the New Look is enabled. A couple of weeks ago it seemed to be fixed, but now it appears again. Ctrl-F5 does not help. Issue was reported several times to Microsoft through the "Provide Feedback to Microsoft" form when reverting back to the old look.

Question 1 Has anyone found a solution for this? We keep getting random reports of users having these issues.

Microsoft claims the error only happens when you have the "new look" enabled, to me it seems this is irrelevant so far.
Refreshing the browser (CTRL-F5) also seems to fix the issue for a while

Question 2: We are using a little bit of custom code to always show the documents tab on the entity so users don't have to open the "related" menu on a record before being able to go to the documents, but have not been able to confirm that this is part of the issue. Are you using similar code?

    @Daniel
Did you get a reply from Microsoft regarding this?
I am also getting this error on the documents subgrid when the new look is enabled and a sharepoint subgrid is added on the form.

I'm getting this same error but it's only showing for some users.

I am getting the same result on a new custom table I added the control as I would normally but on the new UI it returns the issue but on the old UI it works.

I have logged a call with Microsoft to see what they say.

I will post an update once I get feedback.
