What's the exact purpose of this Batch Job?
And I wonder if there will be any problem using ERP if we end this batch.
This is a process automation batch job. You can adjust the frequency, but since it is a system-level batch job required for healthy functioning of the system, it can't be cancelled completely.

This particular batch job is responsible for polling for some configuration options.
You can adjust the frequency of the process automation.
Navigate to System administration > Process automations.
Select the Background processes tab.
Select Edit.
Adjust the frequency and save the process automation. The min value for this automation is once every hour. The max value is once every 24 hours.
