Hi All
Does anyone know how I can connect Teams to Business Central so I can log calls using the CRM function is BC?
Seems like a perfect fit.
I don't the function exist in standard BC. but you should be able to create a Power Automate / Logic apps that connect to Teams then you just need to call that function from BC

This does sound like a perfect product suggestion to be logged via https://aka.ms/bcideas . We used to have this question related to Skype calls for which CSS did provide some code suggestions / workarounds in a very old NAV releases. It may be better to file this as a product suggestions.
