KPI's Sales Dashboard

We are working on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013.  I am trying to utilize the functionality of 2013 prior to flipping to 2016...  6-18 mos out.  How do I create KPI dashboards and sales funnels in 2013?

    - Identify the main objective
    - Focus on the goals
    - Action + Planning
    - Select your Metrics
