Can't View Lead Score within Record

Hello, I'm constructing a Lead Scoring Model within Microsoft Dynamics and am running into and issue where I can view the score from the "My Open Leads Scored" form, but when I click into the individual record I can't see the breakdown of the score.

Hoping this breakdown and the screenshots help.

    Hi JarredR1999,

Unable to view Lead Score in records for tow possible reasons.

Reason 1: Scoring fails for leads that don’t have a contact associated with them.

Automatic lead scoring only works for leads that are associated with a contact. It might take a few minutes for the score to be calculated, after it is, you can see that each lead scoring model is listed in the Lead Scores section.

    Reason 2: A lead’s score doesn’t pass the sales-ready threshold.

Each scoring model includes a sales-ready threshold. When a lead’s score passes this threshold, it gets marked as sales ready, which can trigger other events within Dynamics 365.

Or you can take some screenshots about Design in the Lead Scoring Model.

    Appreciate your response Steve.

I've checked that the Lead has a related contact associated with it, in which it does.

I can't seem to upload any screenshots in this response, but I found it something to note that I'm using the Predictive Lead Scoring within the Sales Insights tab of D365.

Not sure if this makes a difference in your response.

    Thanks again.
