I have a scenario, If a resource for the day 18/04/2022 at 10.00 already has a scheduled Work Order, if I try to assign another one for the same day and at the same time, a message will appear stating that for that date and time he already has an order scheduled. How should I achieve this functionality?

That sounds like custom functionality that doesn’t come out of the box.
Ootb, we don’t restrict overlapping bookings because they sometimes need to happen both as a state of someone’s schedules as things are moved around and, perhaps in some scenarios, overlapping bookings can be valid.
Talk to your admin and implementation partner to try to understand why this functionality was introduced. Help them understand how it impacts the organization and suggest changes.
