Power Portal - How to add vertical scroll to webpage?

Hi Guys,

I have seen possibilities on the webb to add vertical scrollbars to power apps.

However I cannot find anywhere information about adding a vertical scroll bar to a page in a power portal.

Does anybody over know if this is possible and how to do that? Thank you so much in advance.
