Send an email to one or more email addresses on Form Submission?

Hello Everyone,

Just joined the Forum here as we have signed on for the Dynamics Marketing module and are moving away from zoho's product.

In currently setting up a Landing Page form, i'm looking for any option that will allow me to trigger an email notification to one or more users when the Form has been submitted, but i can't seem to find anything in the Form setup dialogue or in the Marketing Guides?

Could anyone advise on whether this is possible and if it is, where the functionality is located?

    Thanks Clofly, i managed to find the Processes tab in our tenancy - i think that i need to have access permissions to the 'common data service' in order to create a flow within power automate. i will speak to our development team.

    Hi Stripey,

    Top right gear icon > advanced settings > processes > new process(category: workflow)

    or

    Top right gear icon > advanced settings > customizations >customize the system > processes > same

    Where specifically within the Dynamics Marketing interface do I look in order to access workflows?

    Hi, 

    You can collect the submissions and then create workflows or Power Automate Flows to send an email. Here is a guide on creating workflows.
