Some of our customers are reporting that they have not received a monthly statement. How do I check to see that these automatic statements were successfully sent?

Hi, you can also go to System Administration > Periodic Tasks > Email Processing > Batch Email Sending Status. Here you will see a list of the emails send from D365FO. If the Status = Failed and you wish to re-send the message, click on the Failed line, and click Restart Send.
