finsql.exe 09/13 performance

Dear all,
this is a mistery.

I use since year 1-tier systems. No problem. When I open finsql (classic client 2009 and developer from 2013) its speed is great.

Now I was passed to 2-tier. A virtual front end on one host and a virtual db end on another host.
Communication from two hosts are great (100MB/sec). Nav 2013 RT speed is good. I've tested with iperf. No problems.

But when I use finsql.exe (both 09 and 13) I start to experiment misterious behaviour.

I open finsql.exe and the table (pages, reports,...) rows appear slowly, it takes seconds to fill the windows (we speak about 500 rows max).

Now I copy the folder Role Tailored Client (2013) or Classic (2009) on desktop of front end et voilà: They are very fast!!

Also if I use finsql in the program folder they are fast, very fast. 

After some minutes they became slow. (If I re-copy the folder they return fast).

This is the trace with Process Monitor, you can see a delay of a half of second on a table tab refresh (finsql.exe 2013) between SQL Communications.

    Upgrade.

    If I copy something to FrontEnd (copy/paste) via remote desktop all is fast.
    When I copy something via explorer locally to FE from another vm to FE all becomes slow. (Only from Remote to FE, the opposite does not turn the system slow).
