How to Remove Department Button on Role Center NAV 2016

Hi,

I Need to Remove the Department Button form the Navigation Pane on Role Center page of Dynamics NAV 2016 What is the Best Recommended Way to Do That.  

I don't want users to going in to the Department Menu and Select the Department They Don't Have Access.
