My resources have set working hours from 8AM to 5PM, with 1h for lunch (12PM to 1PM).
If I book a work order using drag&drop functionality, the booking will skip the non-working period:

Is there any setting I need to make sure the booking skip the non-working period?

Hi,
Field Service doesn't prevent users from scheduling out of hours.
Either you can change the schedule board layout settings to only show working hours but this might not be suitable if you have different resources which work at different hours.
If the issue has been solved, it would be appreciated if you could click "Yes" to verify my answer.
