In Dynamics Sales we configure Global Options since we are using the same drop down values on all tables (same as payment terms or ship method use cases). I'm surprised that for the integration global options are not allowed but the problem with local options is when option maping done with BC, and new values inserted from BC, only gets inserted as local. For example is if I sync new value to customer posting group in Dataverse custom field it only ends up in account not sales order
Has anyone dealt with custom options integrating from BC to D Sales and sync to all other local options? Is there a way to find out where and how this can be coded?
