I have added a list into a dashboard that has the settings to show Queue items, and a view that has been shared with both the user and the team they are a part of.
When they go to their dashboard they are unable to see any items in the list. However, when they click /see all records/ all the items show up on the next page in the correct view.
Why would these items show when they click through but not pull through onto the dashboard?

I went into personal settings and changing amount of records on each page from 50 to 250. After doing this I now see everything in the list view in the Dashboard.
A view of Queue Items on a dashboard shows rows, but opens the Queue record when you select a row instead of the item. It works from Advanced Find or from the "See all records" on the dashboard.
