How to check the picked qty is delivered or not

Dear Team ,

Here I am new in Dynamics and I would like to know if How to identify the qty from sales order line with status picked but not yet delivered to the customer .

In Standard ONHAND formula is

ONHAND = Posted Qty- Deducted Qty+ Received Qty +Registered Qty- Picked Qty.

if the quantity is picked it gets deducted from the ONHAND as per calculation
But here the question comes if the quantity is picked but not delivered it is available in the company premises how can I track this quantity.

Hi Lokesh,

You can check below two methods in salesLine table, these methods are used on line quantity form to show picked and delivered quantity.

deliveredInTotal //In salesLine table pickedInTotalSalesUnit //In salesLine table

You can also use custPackingSlipTrans table to see whether the same transaction has been delivered or not, when delivery note is generated each transaction has its record in custPackingslipTrans table.

Hi Lokesh Chinta,

On the On-hand inventory you can right click and select Add fields, then you can add Picked field to the grid.

The second option can be: navigate to Inventory management > Inquiries > Transactions > Transactions. On the General tab, you have Issue status. You can filter by Picked value and you will see all items that are only Picked. You can personalize this form and move the Issue status to the Overview tab if needed.

go to the sales order line- inventory- transaction AX will create two lines each line will specify the status.

also on the sales order header - General TAB- related information-Line quantity Button it will give all the information for each sales order line

Completely agree, But it s better if you join custinvoicejournal table with inventtrans, by this way you can see each picked quantities of each customers.

AR-Reports->status->Open sales order lines by item

Filter the report by transaction status.

(Document status could be sued but its updated on the sales order header so does not indicate part picked lines or orders) .

Hi Langston,

I don't think that is possible, because:

1. You might have partial delivery of the line

For instance, you have 3 ea of the item, and 2 of them already picked. Which status in this case you need to see: On order or Picked? Do you need to split the line based on the Inventory Issue status? Do you really need to see this information per sales order line? Please think ahead about all such cases.

2. You have many other options where you can see this information from the sales order and sales order line

- General tab of the sales order > Line quantity (there you will see which item and which quantity have been already picked)

- Inventory button of the sales order line > Transactions button
