Hello everyone i have a question why the break in time entry are having project and project task can we hide them when we create the time entry with a break
Consider creating a separate year-long project for the breaks with all the resources added to the team. Time entries for the breaks can be logged on this project.
Customize the Time Entry Form: Modify the time entry form settings to hide the project and task fields when "Break" is selected as the entry type. You can do this using business rules or simple form customization.
Create a Specific Time Entry Type: Set up a separate time entry type specifically for breaks that automatically excludes project and task fields.
Use Business Rules: Apply business rules to ensure that when "Break" is selected, the project and task fields are either hidden or disabled. This makes the form simpler and more user-friendly.
