Customer to Account Synchronization (Dynamics 365 for sales)

Hi!

Please, I need some help with this matter. I´m desperate...

I have to synchronize 3968 Customers in NAV 2016 with D365 for Sales. I had an issue with 2 pairs of option fields that I solved (payment Terms and Address Shipping code) but I can´t synchonize all customers to crm accounts. I tried to launch from CRM Connection Setup Page --> Synchronize Now and from job queue. Only it had synchronized 2796 customers to crm) It doesn´t show errors... only it executed for ever and ever...

How can i accomplish this task? Some ideas?
