Rebuild Index Management in Dynamic CRM (On Premises)

Hi All,

 Recently, we have been facing some slowness issues in Dynamics CRM on-premises version 8.2.

To address this, we are planning to rebuild the SQL database table indexes during non-business hours after taking a DB backup, using the "ONLINE=ON" approach.

 

We kindly request your suggestions on this approach—can we proceed with the plan?

Additionally, we would like to know if it is possible to create new indexes apart from the default ones created by Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
