Good afternoon. All of a sudden, we are unable to process a sales order pre-payment as a customer deposit using iPayment.

We get the a message "There is no Cust. Ledger Entry within the filter."

  • The payment is captured and looks processed through the credit card processing company (CardPointe) although there is no payment number in Business Central.

We have processed deposit payments before and have not had issues.

Hi, iPayment doesn't seem to be a standard feature of BC, I suggest you contact your partner directly.
It looks like this one below.

    https://appsource.microsoft.com/en/product/dynamics-365-business-central/PUBID.ipayments%7CAID.dynamics-365-business-central-credit-card-payments%7CPAPPID.8f7cdd5f-1af2-4ec2-a1f3-ecb959ec395b?tab=Overview

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

Thank you for the info. I spoke to them before my message here, and there wasn't a resolution. Was hoping someone has run into this.

Look to see how the payment is being applied. This looks like your payment is applying to another payment. If you cannot find, you must get the vendor for iPayment to help you resolve the issue.
