How do employees not set up as D365 users view Internally posted jobs in Talent? We find that when jobs are posted Internally and not going out to the web-based job boards they are not visible to the employees that do not have licensed access to Talent. How do these workers get access to these job postings?
Hi Sharon,
Internal job postings are only meant for the existing employees of an organization. Therefore, the candidates with Azure Active Directory account are allowed to view and take further action.
Alternatively, if you make the job public, it can be viewed by anyone. So I believe that’s the only option to have it available for candidates without an AAD account.
Screenshot from the system that highlights the difference clearly-
You can also read the documentation on MS docs which also states the same- Creating jobs on Attract > Postings-

Yes, thank you. The client has over 2000 employees and all are not users of D365, however, they should have access to internally posted jobs. This becomes the issue when only licensed users can view internally posted jobs in Talent...Will need to consider other options, such as a custom to post internal positions to a company intranet.
