Hi,

Is there anyway in Dynamics to add an account and assign an area where it can service?

For example a plumber might service within a 5km radius of their physical address. Or another plumber may service different parts of a large city.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi

you can add territories to bookable resources if you have field service.

Unfortunately not, we just use Customer Service. Though from what I can see there, Field Service is quite basic. We really need a way to be able to draw on a map.

These objects are loaded as accounts because they are external and we just tell our consumers who they can contact for a job, as we don't manage these ourselves.
