Hello,
I no longer see the "create view" button on my ribbon.
My user has the role of "System administator" and "System customizer".
Do you have any suggestions to solve the problem?

The "create view" button is used to create personal view by user themselves.
If your administrator has turned on modern advanced find, the "create view" button will be removed:
---PPAC > Environments > CRMXXXX > Settings > Features:
You can try to turn off it and check if the 'create new' button is restored.
Or you can create and manage views directly from the view selector.
After adding a column or editing a filter on the current view, a symbol * appears next to the view name.
Then you can click 'Save as new view' to create another new personal view:
symbol is used to mark personal views:
