Hi Team,

Currently, when uploading credit card transactions, they are being categorized as /Lunch/ automatically.

Is there a way to upload credit card transactions with descriptions or remarks to help us identify the expense types?

Alternatively, is there an option to upload credit card transactions with the appropriate expense category so that users do not have to change the category when applying them to expense lines?

You can try importing through data entities, the credit card transactions are imported through the Credit card transactions data entity. You can refer to this official document: Data management overview - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This article describes how you can use the data management framework to manage data entities and data entity packages in finance and operations.
