Unable to invoice PO in Project

While Creating the PO after defining the project budget, I am Facing the issue of Project Budget. Currently using Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (Current Version 10.0.31)

Your first screenshot is a bit blurry, I can't see the error it shows, if it's convenient for you, can you provide a clearer screenshot？

HI Suraj Pathak

Can you share the following details?

1. Project Budget Form showing Categories, Activities and Values

2. PO / PR Line Showing Error with Category and Activity on Line level

3. Budget Control Configuration on Project Level

If your budget control on Project for Budget Control Interval is other than "Total Budget"I would suggest updating it to "Total Budget"and Try again.

Can you check is project budget control activated on project form?

If yes, did you updated project budget?

If I’m not wrong this error is due to cost control of project budget.

Suggestions:

1. Revise budget and try

2. Take administrative / pm right and either deactivate budget control or allow override with warning.

1) These are the project budget form.

2) These are the PO lines and i have taken same category as defined in budget form

Project Budget Status of PO line

budget Status of Electrical works same as Concrete works. and at the time of posting the invoice.

3) Budget Control Parameters

sir, I have already selected Total budget in budget control interval.
