Mass Disconnect Sequences

Posted on 9 Feb 2023 20:45:59 by 15

My question is for when working with a mix of leads some of whom are and some who aren't connected to sequences.

I know that if you select multiple leads who are ALL connected to a sequence, a Disconnect Sequence action button appears, and if you select multiple leads who are ALL not connected to a sequence, then a Connect Sequence option appears.

But if so much as one lead is different from the others, the option doesn't appear.

I recently had a sequence that stalled for several leads but didn't for others, so an easy way to disconnect them all would be very convenient.

Thank you!

This is still an issue for our organization if anyone has found any resolutions or workarounds for this.

    Thank you!

I have not been able to get the on-demand workflow to work.

The best feature I've found for dealing with this is going to Filters, then adding a Related Entity, and selecting Sequence Target. So for example, if you select "Does not contain data", then you can filter for every lead that hasn't been connected to a sequence. If you select "Contains data", then you can add a sub-filter to filter for Status=Complete to get all leads that are completed the sequence, etc.

Hey Lindsay! Did this end up working for you? In a similar situation as you.

I found there's an Action under Processes and Workflows for "Sales Insight Disconnect sequence", so I've created an on-demand Workflow using that action and will see if that works for my purposes.
